Using CT-based software, your specialist plans your surgery then immediately moves on to implant placement. Using the drill attached to the robotic arm and real-time visual guidance from the software, the surgeon guides the implant to the precise location, angle, and depth for optimal placement.
There's no guesswork with robotic implants because Yomi uses sensory guidance to "communicate" with the operator. If during surgery, the angle of the implant is off by even a few millimeters, the robotic arm constrains further movement and prompts the surgeon to correct the angle with real-time visual guidance from the software.
