Dear Dr. Finazzo,
Please thank everyone that was involved in giving me a new lease on life with a truly "Winning Smile" for the years yet to come. I have had very few smiles since I was 12 years old because of the recessed tooth in front and the eyeteeth being pulled. But when they shifted to the left these past few years because of the medicine I was taking, it was even harder for me to smile. I became very self-conscious. Now I can truly smile because of what you and your staff have done for me.
As I have said, many times before, "you and everyone that works for you are awesome"!!!!! I know each of you did your very best to ensure that I got the best service, the best treatment and the best smile that I can possibly have.
Also, please thank the lab for doing a great job of giving me a great bridge. I am sorry that I presented such a challenge for all of you, but you came through with flying colors.
Feel free to use me as a reference for the fine work you and you staff do. Every time I came in for an appointment, every body put me very much at ease (even with all that had to be done) in order to give me this "WINNING SMILE". I can honestly say that the mission statement that you have for your practice is really implemented in all the work that you do for your patients. I feel like a WinningSmiles family member now.
